Homosexual Gala Offers Pulpits to Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton

Biden will deliver the keynote speech at the gala dinner in Washington for the Human Rights Campaign, a prominent LGBT civil rights and lobbying group. His appearance follows one early Saturday by Clinton, who bowed out of the headline role to appear on Saturday Night Live.

“It’s great to be back with the other HRC,” Clinton, whose maiden name is Rodham, told several hundred gay rights leaders from around the U.S. “There’s no one I’d rather share my initials with than all of you.”

Clinton and Biden both enjoy broad support from gay and lesbian voters and donors, as does Bernie Sanders, the Vermont senator who so far has offered the most robust challenge to Clinton. She retains an edge with the community over Biden both because of her strong record on gay rights and by virtue of having been on the campaign trail since the spring, said Steve Elmendorf, a gay Democratic strategist who backs her. ...

I'm not sure what cliques in churches have to do with any of this? Discouraged, go listen to all Gil Rugh sermons, ]] (Gil Rugh sermons) If you listen to them for 8 hours a day for the next several years - - I will guarantee that you will be edified.

There's no doubt that Republicans have many serious sins, but not all sins are of equal worth. Certainly all sins condemn us to hell, but not all sins are equally as evil in God's eyes. That's extremely obvious, even with a quick reading of the whole Bible. Plus, some sins have much more serious temporal consequences. The Democrats "boo" the mention of God at their conventions. They punish Christians for not getting on the gender changing bandwagon. They seek to limit free speech. They actively fight against the defunding of a murdering organization. They are on the front lines of changing the family structure in this country. Yes, the Republicans are evil, but between the two, there's hardly a comparison. That's why a supermajority of Bible believing Christians never vote Democrat at the national level. It's because they have discrenment.

Marty, (This is an html file by the way, so easy to read.) ]] (Rendering To Caesar---A Biblical Perspective On Government). I think you'll like most of it.

Ah, I got to do an unofficial comment about a sermon just this Friday, that covered chapter 26 of the Book of Acts, q.v., ]] (Paul Defends the Truth of the Gospel) -- to Felix, Agrippa, and Bernice and their entourage.

But what does, ]]1 Corinthians 6:9-10 tell you? that they are a variety of sins --and they aren't ranked into mortal and venal sins -- they're all eternally fatal, and just because the Democrats generally suffer from on group of sins, the Greedy Old Party suffers from another group of sins -- that cannot be overlooked

Well that's all well and good Jim, but to even ignore general revelation and conscience is inexcusable. The civil minister isn't even stopping murder in this country but rather funds the companies commiting murder. I like PJ but he's either wrong or out of context. There is no area of life the church is expected no to call sinners to repent, even kings and governors. It's possible to sin in any occupation, even government. The king should punish the evildoer. It's his job to punish evil since vigilantism is not allowed under the Scriptures.

Marty MCD, both parties have been doing an excellent job of being the parties of Satan, First a golden oldie, ]] (The Record of Republican Corruption) But just think back to the last midterm election in which Boehner was helping a Calif. queer Republican to be elected to Congress -- thankfully he failed. The Republicans are just waiting for an opportunity to integrate their queers into the GOP structure.

We need to remember that political clout has nothing whatsoever to do with spiritual power. Study the priorities for the church in the New Testament; look at the duties Scripture outlines for shepherds of the flock. You’ll find no mandate to press the government for legislation on moral issues. In fact, what you’ll see is that jockeying for political clout is one of the very strategies Jesus named as worldly methods that are not to characterize leadership in His kingdom. He said His kingdom is permanently set apart from every earthly dominion...

Hi Discouraged, I read through your comment a few times. 'Generating dialog about worldly things...not edifying".
I'm not sure I understand since this is a worldly news forum. This isn't anyone's life, and personally, I like reading the differing points of view on various world news topics. Most of the topics are always confronted with what God's Word has to say, how His Word applies, and how it speaks to the end times being ushered in, etc. Not always, but most often. Sure, there is also discussion from human only perspectives, but I'm just trying to figure out how any of this isn't ok. I can assure you that I'm not a member of any click. I will speak just as often and welcome with open arms, anyone, old or brand new.
Maybe I completely missed what you were trying to convey, which wouldn't be a first...ha-ha, so feel free to explain in a friendly way. Thanks. Hope you have a good day.

Now why generate dialogue over this? How does this line up with the unveiling purposes of God? This is what we need to be discussing. How is the impacting our lives? What has contributed to this alliance? Where in scripture are the names of Jim Lincoln, Christopher, Penned, Penny, pennned, John UK, Dave, Dorcas, Dave, Jim Lincoln, Dave, Christopher, Ladybug, Frank, Jim Lincoln, Christopher, Frank, Dorcas, Ladybug, Penned, Penny, pennned, Mike, Dave, Dave, Dave, Dave, sc, Get Real, Jim Lincoln, Rodney, Rodney, Rodney, Jim Lincoln, Penny, Penned, penny, Frank, Christopher, Christopher, Get Real, sc, sc, Jim Lincoln, John UK, John UK?

We need to grow up and adorn the doctrine of our Lord Jesus Christ. Wonderer, and SteveR apparently are broken over the dialogue here that lacks substance of the new life.

There seems to be a "familiar" spirit between few regular posters. Clicks in the church were discouraged and should be done here also. There is no partiality within the body of Christ. Yet these posters seem to have the same mindset & approach to every subject; regularly generating dialogue about worldly things. Not edifying at all.
There is a need to mature & apply doctrine.

Jim says, "First of all we should provide some balance here, since the Republican Party is not the party of God." This is true, it's not the party of God, but the Democrats are doing an excellent job of being the party of Satan.

First of all we should provide some balance here, since the Republican Party is not the party of God - -]]Full Show: Plutocracy Rising

But as I've done through the years I might as well put up a couple of Bible verses that applies to both groups of politicians Democrats - - and Republicans.

1 Corinthians 6
9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals,
10 nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, shall inherit the kingdom of God.---]]NASB
