'It's time to get out' of public schools, says college professor
A Rhode Island professor is not mincing words when it comes to Christian parents with children in public schools.
"It is time to get out," Anthony Esolen, an English professor at Providence College, writes on the religious website abundanthope.net.
Laurie Higgins of the Illinois Family Institute recalls that some people have been warning for years about the "corrosive environment" of public schools, and those who believed that did nothing but talk about it, she says.
