The Indiana Toll Road unveiled its new logo Friday. Andrea Herbster of South Bend is the grand prize winner. Her design was picked from dozens sent in from across the state.
Herbster said, "I was just shocked, because I had expected I lost, and when I found out I was a grand prize winner, it was just unbelievable, and it's a great experience, it's great not only for me, but for my school and our program there."
Andrea studies graphic design at Bob Jones University. She says she entered the contest on a whim after her dad sent her the ad....
