Cooper's Solid Rock Foundation is to develop a $3-million centre for teenagers at Grand Canyon University, a non-denominational Christian centre of higher learning in Phoenix, according to a statement by the foundation, a Christian non-profit group.

The foundation's "primary goal is to honour Christ by helping to meet the spiritual, economical, physical, and social needs of teenagers and children within our community", a statement from the foundation website read.
