1 Thee will I praise with all my heart, I will sing praise to thee 2 Before the gods: And worship will towà rd thy sanctuary. I'll praise thy name, ev'n for thy truth, and kindness of thy love; For thou thy word hast magnified all thy great name above.
3 Thou didst me answer in the day when I to thee did cry; And thou my fainting soul with strength didst strengthen inwardly. 4 All kings upon the earth that are shall give thee praise, O Lord; When as they from thy mouth shall hear thy true and faithful word.
5 Yea, in the righteous ways of God with gladness they shall sing: For great's the glory of the Lord, who doth for ever reign. 6 Though God be high, yet he respects all those that lowly be; Whereas the proud and lofty ones afar off knoweth he.
7 Though I in midst of trouble walk, I life from thee shall have: 'Gainst my foes' wrath thou'lt stretch thine hand; thy right hand shall me save. 8 Surely that which concerneth me the Lord will perfect make: Lord, still thy mercy lasts; do not thine own hands' works forsake.

BIBLE PASSAGE:
1 ¶ I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee. 2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name. 3 In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul. 4 All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth. 5 Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great is the glory of the LORD. 6 ¶ Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off. 7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me. 8 The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.
