Tuesday: Subject: God’s purpose for His people - Jeremiah 29:11 1. God has a purpose for His people 2. God’s purpose for His people is good and gracious 3. Nothing will frustrate God fulfilling His purpose for His people. Wednesday: Subject: Understanding our Justification - Romans 5:17-21 1. As sinners we have no saving righteousness of our own. 2. Christ has earned a perfect righteousness for his people. 3. In justification Christ’s righteousness is imputed to the believing sinner. Thursday: Subject: Rejoice - God is in control - Philippians 1:12 1. The events of life are appointed for us by God. 2. God has a gospel purpose in all His sovereign appointments. 3. As God’s appointments have a glorious purpose we can rejoice in them. Friday: Subject: The Art of leaning on Christ - Song of Solomon 8:5 1.
