The Philippian jailer asked, "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" The Apostle Paul answered, "Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved." (Acts 16:30,31)It was not enough simply to 'believe'; that belief, that trust, that dependence had to be 'in Him'..... If a person is trusting in baptism for salvation, he cannot be trusting "in Him". Christ is not ONE way of salvation; He is the ONLY WAY salvation. There is no promise in the Word of God to those who believe partially in Christ. In other words, we cannot trust in the Lord Jesus 90% and in baptism 10%.. We must trust Christ and what He did at Calvary 100% and nothing else. My friend, just because you were baptized as a baby does not save you! You must trust Christ alone. RCC "The sacrament of baptism is administered on adults by the pouring of water and the pronouncement of the proper words, and cleanses from original sin." Reformed Church "Children are baptized as heirs of the Kingdom of God and of His covenant. " Lutheran Church teaches baptism, whether of infants or adults, a means of regeneration. But-born Again believers exist within flawed 'groups' |

"Everything is blurred on what's right and what's wrong... Sin becomes fine, Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there. Bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men.""Don't be deceived. Neither the adulterers, the idolaters, the male prostitutes, the homosexual offenders, the greedy, the drunkards, the slanderers, the swindlers—they won't inherit the kingdom of God. Don't deceive yourself. It's not right." ]]12 quotes from Phil Robertson. As most know him. "acts of the sinful nature are obvious. Sexual immorality, is number one on the list. How many ways can we sin sexually? My goodness. You open up that can of worms and people will be mad at you over it. " "I am just reading what was written over 2000 years ago. Those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom. All I did was quote from the scriptures, but they just didn't know it..." "Jesus will take sins away, if you're a homosexual he'll take it away, if you're an adulterer, if you're a liar, what's the difference? If you break one sin you may as well break them all." "If we lose our morality, we will lose our country. " Sin denounced |

Quotes of Phil Robertson "Basically, I don't ever move too far past the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus, because it's of first importance. And I make sure it's of first importance with anyone I'm talking to. It all comes down to that, really, when you get right down to it. So it's not complex. Jesus removed our sins and guarantees we can be raised from the dead. We're trying to infuse a little good into the American culture. Love God, love your neighbor, hunt ducks. Raise your kids, make them behave, love them. I don't see the down side to that. My message is to get human beings to love God, love their neighbor and for the life of me I just don't see the downside of human beings not being so mean to one another and actually care for one another and not steal from one another and not murder each other for their tennis shoes. That's the message I have I don't use any of the terminology like 'left wing' and 'right wing.' I use language like 'godly' and 'holiness.' Money can come and go, and fame comes and goes. Peace of mind and a relationship with God is far more important, so this is the precedent that we've set in our lives. The bottom line is, we all die, so Jesus is the answer. We would all be better off if we loved God and loved each other " Not bad.
