“ Evolution- Satan’s lie ” It’s sad how so many can be deceived by the fable of evolution. It takes a great deal of imagination to think longer periods of time bring about huge changes, yet somehow leave no intermediate versions. Those very “millions of years” should have left a huge trail of physical evidence.
“ Great Question ” It is certainly a fitting question for today. Maybe fewer “best-life-now” motivational talks, and more “sinners in need of a savior” preaching would help.
“ Light in the Darkness ” Isn’t it time for churches who claim Christ, but participate in the ongoing deception, to repent and to begin to live up to the the Lord’s standards rather than down to the devil’s?
“ Jesus said ” “Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.”
Revelation 3:10
“ Great Sermon! ” “Without a King, Chaos Rules” is certainly true, but as followers of the true King know, fallen men as “kings” have wrought more chaos, bloodshed, and tears than would be possible without them leading the way.
Funny how following Jesus is seen by the religious as divisive. But then he warned of it long ago, when He was confronted by the religious of that day.
“ Needed ” The president has no authority to mandate forced medication, neither morally, nor constitutionally, nor by way of the Romans 13 definition of authority. The attempt at the mandate is not for the sake of anyone’s health, but to establish precedents.
“ Beyond Comprehension! ” We need not wonder if our minds could handle it if God were to reveal his full reality. Even his revelation to Job was limited enough for Job to recognize his own insignificance, yet without being destroyed in God’s pure light.
“ No need to worry ” If we define patriotism as love of country, we need not worry about idolatrous patriotism in the US. It has never been at a lower place. Today’s idolatry is in worship of government.
“ Great Sermon! ” One of the best sermons from you I have heard. Not that all of them are not great, but this one resonated at this point in my life. I have listened to it with my wife several times and my mother-in-law has listened to it a couple of times so far. I had a kidney transplant years ago ( after being on dialysis for six and a half years). I'm doing really well, working full-time and started a family. I am really appreciative for the word of God and oh, how I love his law. When people questioned God on my life because of what I was going through, I told them that what I am enduring was absolutely necessary. Through no fault of my own, (that I know of) I endured everything and the Lord saw me through the way He decreed. Praise His name. Thanks Pastor for being hermeneutically sound, when nowadays the Bible is twisted to fit self instead of the truth
