Matt7:21¶Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. KJV. Acts19:13Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth. 14And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so. 15¶And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye? 16¶And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. Yes, as is evident with this thread, it's a good thing is not up to any of us who does or doesn't go to heaven. We as humans would simply muck it all up. I thank my Lord, He in His grace and mercy predestined a sinner so low as me to be quickened by the Holy Spirit, by the Will of God to come to fall upon, to understand the truth and repent, is a daily struggle against the power of Satan, one could be ashamed of the simplest of human thought, none of us have ever given God the glory he truly deserves, for this side of glorification it is a constant battle, we all struggle with sin in varying degrees, and we're all at different levels of understanding, to which we're directed to show patience and love. It's an unfortunate state when we must address the wrongs of those who are called to teach and preach ( if indeed God has called them) They're the ones we're meant to be shepherded by? James 3:1¶My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation. |

The fundamentals of the Gospel, salvation brethren should never be viewed as a secondary doctrinal issue but rather the line in the sand, God instructs is to be wise. Jude. 2¶Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied. 3¶Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. 4For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. |
