Frank wrote: Well, this American will never trust elections again! We are becoming like so many 3rd world counties; lawlessness, rioting and now election fraud. And of course a Harris/Biden presidency will assure of us of socialism. I wonder who Harris' pick will be for her VP? Come quickly Lord Jesus, come quickly. Yes I agree Frank. Unless a way is found (modern man is such a clever dicky, he can surely work something out) to hold elections securely and without corruption, then no-one will accept the result of an election, and the whole process may have to come to an end, for lack of honest people to run it. It may even pave the way for a dictatorship or civil war. |

Watcher wrote: Biden is in power not because of voting corruption, but because God said so. Biden is not in power yet, and will not be for quite a while, maybe never. You do not know if God is ensuring fairness on earth by an investigation into corruption during the voting process. The just God does not require corruption to achieve his ends. |

Amen Frank, these Brits are foolishness in abundance. Here are one or two more texts to add.Job 4:8-9 KJV (8)Â Even as I have seen, they that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same. (9)Â By the blast of God they perish, and by the breath of his nostrils are they consumed. Galatians 6:7 KJV (7)Â Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Proverbs 11:18-19 KJV (18)Â The wicked worketh a deceitful work: but to him that soweth righteousness shall be a sure reward. (19)Â As righteousness tendeth to life: so he that pursueth evil pursueth it to his own death. The time comes when no man shall ever mock God again. We should be real glad that he has chosen to save some. And these that are born again experience a great change, for they have come to love, respect, honour, and exalt the Lord. They speak with gravity about the Almighty, not taking his name lightly. They love and obey him, and are careful with their tongue. To those who are not yet safe...... Luke 13:24 KJV (24)Â Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. |

Frank wrote: Good advice brother, I have taken great pains preparing for when the Lord calls me home. I will enter into eternal bliss, but those we leave behind will have to adjust in many ways. I love the comforts the Lord gives us in 1 Corinthians 15 below: 1 Corinthians 15:55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen brother, thanks for that. We can say our going home is our Victory March, for which all thanks and praise can go to our Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ.Yes, death is no small thing, and affects more than one person. It is no easy thing, preparing for death. |

Romans 8:35-39 KJV (35)Â Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? (36)Â As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. (37)Â Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. (38)Â For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, (39)Â Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. |

Adriel wrote: Further evidence that sin is becoming acceptable in society. These Liberalist PC attitudes will deny repentance which in turn denies salvation. "Sin puts a child of God upon self conflicting. Spiritual self conflicts with carnal self. "The spirit lusts against the flesh" (Gal. 5:17). Our life is a wayfaring life—and a war-faring life. There is a duel fought every day between the two seeds. A believer will not let sin have peaceable possession. If he cannot keep sin out, he will keep sin down; though he cannot quite overcome—yet he is overcoming. "To him who is overcoming" (Rev. 2:7)" (Thomas Watson). Thank you Adriel - edifying. |

Chrisgp from England wrote: The church should have the same attitude of the 16th, 17th and 19th century believers who refused to let the state direct their worship!!! Chris, it's not going to happen. You know it, I know it. The church is backslidden and mostly apostate. Why live in a dream world of historic Christianity? You are called to live for Jesus no matter what the circumstances. Would you rather have been born in first century Palestine? Would you have preferred to have been an apostle and actually and really been killed for following Christ? You have your life, get on with it and stop your grumbling. Obey scripture and "take no thought for the morrow". God has already formulated history, and it will all come to pass, even though you try your best to prevent it. Will you prevent God from carrying out his will? You say, "You may wish to stay with your mask on in your bunker for the rest of your life and watch online services only, but that is not how God ordained the church to behave." Ahem....you have no idea what I am doing, brother, in the will of God, and your comment is both ludicrous and hurtful. But of course I forgive you, why shouldn't I? I love you as a brother. |

I feel sorry for all the football fans and hooligans who have not been allowed into any football matches because of Covid19. Such persecution! Never ought to be allowed. And then, athletes have to strut their stuff in empty stadiums, with no-one to cheer them on their way! Ridiculous! Rugby Union and Rugby League games have to be played with only recorded cheering and clapping to inspire them! How disheartening is that? Pubs and hotels have been shut, so hedonists cannot get their kicks by getting drunk together or having a nice vacation by the seaside! Churches have been closed, so the tares cannot get their weekly religious hit nor score any brownie points. Awful! Dentists are partly open, but you have to wear a mask! How difficult is that for the dentist? Shops are mostly shut in Wales, so the unbelievers are going out of business, bankrupt! More persecution against the unbelievers! Disgraceful! Libraries are all closed, so the guv is not able to promote ungodliness through literature any more! Unfair! That is persecution against the guv! And it is only Christians who have the capacity for perfect peace in the middle of it all. Then I awoke, and behold, it was just a dream. |
