Since Jesus does not lie, then he WAS in the grave THREE days and THREE nights, so it HAD to be on a Thursday when he was entombed. Thursday night, Friday night, Saturday night, arising early Sunday morning. Dying on Friday would not allow Jesus to fulfil His own prophecy, as He Himself taught. For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. Matthew 12:40. Jesus cannot, and DOES not lie. Jesus died on a Thursday night.

I don't know too much about Anglican Church doctrine, but seems as though they who're in the Anglican faith have a different belief system than main-stream Fundamental Christians. I'll do some research, and I'll also return later to see the comments from others that may be posted on this article. Dr. Alan Cairns has never disappointed me in his sermons, and I do agree that it seems John 3:16 is rarely preached. I had to look hard and I looked in many web sites where sermons are uploaded, and I found very few. The aren't too many even here on SemonAudio. I am very thankful to have found this particular sermon; and was so happy that it was being preached by this faithful man of God. Thank You Jesus for Dr Cairns' faithful ministering and careful handling of Your Word.

Since I live in my neighborhood and have visited each church I referred to, it stands to reason that I know what I was reporting. I hope you never go through what I am going through in trying to find a real church, and I, like anyone else, not perfect, I can truthfully say that I'm not a liar. I am 76 years old, used a wheeled walker, can't get around like I once did, but I still want to be in a church where I can do as much as I can for the Kingdom. Before I had my accident I also had a car and could go to any church, even miles away, so the churches that are in my neighbor hood I have visited, except for the Catholic Churches. I want real fellowship and the true Word of God, not jokes and opinions of men instead of preachers opinions. There was no need to assume that I was not telling the truth, Jim. And I thank God that you are blessed to be in a great church. There's nothing like being in a good church. Pray for me, please. You're a blessed man with great understanding of the Word. I always enjoy reading your comments as they are full of thought-provoking, wisdom-filled commentary. Blessings to you. Good night.

The song MIGHT be too religious! Well, well,well! MIGHT be too religious. Here we go again. The "monitors" are at it again, trying to oppress and suppress anything they deem as religious. Will they be satisfied only when there is no evidence of anything even SLIGHTLY religious here in America. Are we on the road to being persecuted as the Christians in places like China are being persecuted, even MURDERED for their faith in God?

Here we go again! Every day in these ungodly countries Christians are being persecuted, and even murdered for their Christian beliefs and their Christian works. Here in America where, thus far, we have freedoms not enjoyed in countries like Turkey and China, it is almost impossible to find a church that is obedient to the commands of God to go out and share the Gospel with the lost as found in the Book of Matthew 28:19-20. That commandment could be fulfilled without incurring the kind of persecution that the Christians in these areas other areas of the world are suffering. But we see the increasing intolerances coming against Christians here in America, that is, those of us who're paying attention to the changing climate towards Christians. We must pray for those who're living in these various countries where persecution is so prevalent while also thanking God for the freedoms we currently enjoy.

No one who follows the oppressive Chinese oppressors is surprised that this Christian man was incarcerated, plus, the corrupt government went so far as to appoint one of their corrupt demons to act as the man's defense lawyer further shows the depth of the ungodliness of this God forsaken country.

If it's not one thing it's another among the ungodly. Using the letter "X" on passports for mentally ill people because they don't want to choose either "male" or "female," is ridiculous. These people, the sodomites, are always looking for any reason they can to have their own sick, sinful, abominable demands catered to. I am willing to bet that, as usual, they will have their sick demands approved, after which they will then move onto other areas, seeking to make changes in laws that they feel should be changed in order to accommodate their ungodly lifestyles. Sodomites want to RULE the world. Normalcy is thrown out in order to please their sick demands almost 100% of the times that these people start acting up. And they are EVERYWHERE!!!

...And most people don't seem to care about children the way they once did. They don't even see them as children, calling them "kids" instead of children/child. It's a crying shame what our children are exposed to now, even in the class rooms, even as early as in kindergartens at such very early ages. Allowing the men who call themselves "Drag Queens," to come into schools and libraries to read stories and interact personally with them and their young minds.

Sodomites are the new "protected" group. Anyone caught speaking against this sin or the SINNERS will son be fined and perhaps even given jail time. It is going to eventually become a misdemeanor or even, possibly, a FELONY to write about or say anything against sodomites. We are approaching the day when these kinds of anti-sodomite laws will be passed and enforced. Our politicians will see to it.

Amen to the comment left by Marty McD. Although I never ate at CFA, I admired them because I was under the impression that it was a Christian business. I thought, how nice that such a business existed. By the way, in reality those whom use the alphabet soup letters must not be as proud of their sins as they pretend to be. God calls them SODOMITES, in several passages of Scripture. You'll never see sodomites called anything else BUT sodomites in a real Bible, such as KJB. LGBTQFI is man-made terminology. If they are so proud of being queer, then why use alphabets that stand for everything but the truth?

Be a PROUD sodomite or get back in the closet ***sarcasm***

China is one of the most evil countries in the world. Don't expect this God forsaken country to make any changes toward the people that they are oppressing. Evilness and extreme cruelty ihappens to be normal there. Harvesting organs from the living as well as forced abortions as a means to their ideas of population control is not new. Also, there was a time when families were only allowed to have two children, and if the pregnancy brought about the birth of a female baby, that baby would be kilted. I'm not sure if the still automatically kill the female babies when they are born, but just the thought of killing a newborn baby just because the baby happens to be female is mind-boggling!

There came a time that as the babies, mostly male, as they entered into post-teen teen years, were unable to easily find a wife. How can millions of people in this country be so cruel for so long a period of years? They bring a new meaning to evil.

Too bad these evil, murderous Democrats' mothers didn't abort them when they were pregnant with them. Democrats love anything that is evil. Baby killers, with no shame nor any fear of God. How can so many people be so cruel, so cold-hearted toward the destruction of a baby, a living being from conception. They like to lie and say stupid things like, "It's not really a baby, it's just tissue," of the early stages of the pregnancy. Well, our bodies are made up of many tissues but nobody is trying to kill those tissues. And if the unborn child is just "mere tissues," then why are you aborting these "tissues"? Leave them be' just as you leave your other "tissues" in place. Top three things Demon-crats care about: murdering unborn children, having sanctuary cities, and special, ultra-rights for sodomites.
