Dear Jim, I don't know what your opinions are regarding the World Net Daily, and the Conservative Revival, but both have published similar articles to the one above. WND published theirs AUG.10TH, and the CR on AUG.17th. |

Connor wrote: We shouldn't have a mean spirited attitude towards those who view such things, a good amount of stories I've heard is that they stumbled upon it when they were unsaved yet are still bound, it is spiritual warfare. Dear Connor, you are correct in making that statement. While it is true that Jesus Christ can set us free even from this, the spiritual warfare involved with this may last a lifetime depending on the circumstances and the individual. Besides praying for these people, we must pray for our churches and church pastors that with God's help they will be willing to deal with these issues and provide the spiritual help needed. For anyone interested, Purelife Ministries is a very good ministry which works with people struggling in this area. |

Lady_Virtue wrote: Glad to see you post; wasn't sure if you were in or near the earthquake. I've not been to Italy, so I'm unfamiliar with the geography. Dear Lady_Virtue, thank you for your concern. My family and I are doing fine. I would ask you and everyone else who posts at SA.COM to pray for the earthquake victims. Certainly first and foremost for their spiritual condition, but also in a practical way. You need to understand that most of these people lost everything, other than the clothes they happened to be wearing. Also, as is almost always the case here in Italy, corruption has shown its ugly head. The initial investigations are showing that many of the public buidings, schools and public housing were not built according to earthquake safety standards. This, notwithstanding the fact that the EU had allocated around 700,000 Euros some years ago to be put to use for this very purpose. So besides the heartbreak this people are experiencing, there is also growing resentment against the government. Once again, thank you, and God Bless You. |

Dear Jim, thank you for posting the website to the article. I have read it and plan to look it over again. It is a healthy reminder to all christians that the only way to avoid running into extremes, is to have a Biblical perspective, and to see things the way God sees them. In reading this article I was also reminded that I am guilty of spending to much time criticizing our politicians, and not enough praying for them. Still, I can't help but wonder if God is judging us and punishing us for all our sins and backslidings, even through the current political climate. Lastly, let's never forget that in 1 SAM.8, Israel committed a grievious sin in wanting a king. A sin for which they paid a dear price. Many years later, through the prophet Osea, chapter 13:9-10, God rebuked and reminded His people of this. Also, when you compare 1 Sam.8 with Lev.29:1-13, you realize that being under God's Government is infintly better than any man made government. |

Dear Buckeyes, years ago when the Berlin Wall fell and the USSR collapsed because it could no longer sustain its industrial military complex, the political leaders of the USA were handed a golden, once in a lifetime oppurtunity to create a better world. Instead, they expanded NATO and increased even more their ungodly unbiblical agenda of war, conflict, falseflags and enslaving us even more through crisis. Dear Buckeyes, WE SQUANDERD A GOLDEN OPPURTUNITY!!! May I ask you a few questions? What does God think about America's foreign policy? What does God think about all the money we spend on the industrial military complex? What does God think when we, yes the good 'ol USA kills innocent civilians in one of its conflicts? Dear Buckeyes, we are all entitled to our opinion. But at the end of the day, it's not about what we think, it's about what God thinks and what He wants us to do. |

First, I want everyone to know that I was born and raised in America. Second, I used to be one of those sincere individuals who really belived that the solutions to America's problems were to be found in one's political party. For me, at first, this meant the democrats. Overtime however, I then thought that only the republicans had the answers. Dear brothers and sisters, all this bickering over the poitical parties would be hilarious and comical if not for the serious fact that apart from a divine intervention of God, we have probablly reached the point of no return. You want to talk about treason? Well, both parties are guilty of being traitors to their country. For goodness sakes, all you have to do is look at America's foreign policy. Never ending wars, conflicts, interventions, and falseflags. The setting up of dictators, the throwing down of dictators. The manipulation of the worlds economies. The influencing and fixing of foreign elections. Sounds like treason to me. Oh, and one last thing to all you well meaning democrats and republicans. America's foreign policy does not just tear the constitution to shreds, it goes against God's Word. The politicians that we really need are those who have Jesus Christ sitting on the throne of their hearts. |
