John Y, prayerfully read Matt 7:13-28. 1 Cor 6:9. Mr. Trump publicly said he has not asked God for forgiveness. Mr. Dobson said he is newly born again. When did Mr. Trump say that for himself? God tells us that we can know if we are born again. I John is an excellent book in scripture to give us assurance. It is not me that is arrogant. Maybe it is you.
SteveR, I was being sarcastic and basically calling out what was behind his statement. He is twisting scripture because he hates it. Scripture is blatantly plain about homosex. He knows that. He is just trying to trip up people.
I read the article. First, homosexuals have rights. To throw that term around is dishonest and shows that they are not being sincere in what they are seeking. Mr. Williams has basically admitted in the article that he has come up with his own religion based on his interpretation of a few bible verses and now he is going to shepherd the rest of us. He has claimed some superiority and wisdom that no one in the last 2000yrs of Christianity has come up with. Next, why don't he go to share is interpretation and superior bible interpretation to Africa, China, India, and our friends in the Middle East. Let's see how much they embrace his revelations. I must also say that Glen Beck is for gay marriage and that is because Mormons are down with polygamy. I do think that it was practice for them to marry young girls. Correct me if I am wrong. The Blaze is Glen's publication and he wants some credibility. I only read this article since it was posted here at SA. I avoid Glen and the Kate Daly show out of Utah. She has a huge following of "Conservatives". I think the RNC this past week has clearly shown us what "Conservatism" is and it is hostile to biblical Christianity.
I always saw Mr. Dobson as someone who compromised. He mixed God's word with psychology and ecumenical. Not surprised avout his Trump endorsement and claiming Mr. Trump to be born again.
SteveR I do not know if Senator Cruz SuperPac was behind it or not. We know what Donald Trump said publicly and has yet to apologize to him and his wife publicly. As far as the pictures of Mrs. Trump #3, well she took the photos didn't she? She put herself on display for anyone who wants to see. I am not aware of anyone calling her names just asking if this is who we want as a First Lady based on those filty photos. Mr. Trump married her so obviously it is not an issue for him. Can't other people question it?

Yes, FirstVette. Keeping it real. If you want to vote for Donald Trump knock yourself out. It's your prerogative. There are many a self made person. Has nothing to do with what I wrote about him and "Evangelicals" claiming he is a Believer when he said he has never asked God for forgiveness. My concern is the Church and the gospel not the election. My hope is in Christ not the government.
Vote as you will if you choose to vote, but let's keep it real. The only difference between Mr. Trump and Mrs. Clinton seems to be that he isn't a pathological liar and never held office. There is no track record for him as to how he would govern. We only have his donations and his personal life. Both are troubling. The saddest part are "Evangelicals" saying he is saved. They are causing others to stumble and showing their true colors in the process. They are more troubling than who is running for office. At the end of the day the church is what matters most and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I hope professed Christians are taking note of its so called leaders and their responses during this political season. All this ecumenical nonsense is very telling as to who are really following Christ.
The Anglican church is apostate. A true believer will not have fellowship with another church that sanctions sin. If there are any regenerate folks left they should leave and find a group of true believers and join with them.

Jim why don't you take your own advice and quotes from Phol Johnson and stop mixing Christianity with politics to advance your understanding of Christianity. Your religious views are causing you to be a liberal Christian activist. Based on your quotes it is a futile endeavor and should be abandoned as it will not advance good oe change the government.
Yet we keep electing these same people to office who allow such things. We need to pray fervently and stop electing people who have no fear of God and compassion on the weakest of society.
William, spot on. Christopher, man murdered Christ. He did the most heinous crime of killing The God-Man. Will he not do the same to fellow image bearers? Indeed he has and does. Many men cower in the face of such evil rather than deal with. If the magistrates fear God they will deal rightly and have the wisdom to know how to deal with this barbarity.
