Yes, but also let us be aware that the enemy is not sleeping. They know all too well that children raised in God's Word are a danger to their system. There are murmurings that we should be deemed unfit (this from Richard Dawkins); there are children who have been taken from their parents because of their parents adherance to God's Word. “ Of fundamental importance ” Of fundamental importance is the message of this sermon. Read the outline supplied by Pastor Rubino; listen to this sermon and apply it to your daily life - our future and the future of our children depend on what we do today. There is no "cheap grace".
“ Yes! ” We must be careful not to add to nor to take away from God's Law. We must be careful not to call evil that which is good nor vice versa. We need to be careful to distinguish between God's Law and the tradition of man. A case in point is Lamech's marrying two women (i.e. polygyny). If this is a sin, why does not God's Law forbid it? Yet it is not forbidden, but rather it is regulated and even in some constellations (e.g. Levirate Marriage) could be required. I fear there has been a mistake made in the interpretation of the God's making only Eve to give to Adam as wife. Let us be careful to not equate description with prescription. Were monogamy-only truly a creation mandate - were it truly wrong/sinful for a man to have more than one wife, could we not expect that God would plainly state that in His Law - the transgression of which is sin?
Shall we be ashamed of God's Law because it is not in accord with our traditions? God forbid! Rather we must bring our lives into harmony with His Law. As Pastor Rubino correctly points out: This is the path of healing and blessing.

“ Amen! Amen! ” Yes! Since sin is the transgression of the Law and we are supposed to be putting off the old man of sin, we should be becoming increasingly obedient to God's Law. This is the pattern of sanctification - walking as He walked in obedience. No, we do not thereby earn our salvation, but rather through the enabling of the Holy Spirit through the washing of the Word we are made over in the image of Christ - we walk ever more obediently out of love for God.
Oh, let us be careful to not mistake the traditions of men for the Law of God! Let us be careful to not add to nor take away from His Law, His Torah (teaching, instruction on how we should live).
