“ Walleye ” If you look to Him you cannot commit sins.
The problem are preachers who are walleyed.
They say: "Look to Christ AND look to yourself". I want to have a single eye and if the other eye make me sin looking to anything else than Christ... I wish that God extract it.

The Song of Solomon passages are very dear, aren't they? May He continue to pour His love into our hearts, now and forevermore.

Mr. Chapman, you put aside the "line upon line, percept upon precept" sermon formula (ho hum) and spoke to fellow soldiers in the trenches, alongside us, from the trenches. The ones with the pillows sewn to their sleeves could never hear what you said, but to us - the destitute, the weary, the beaten and starving - it was a message from our Commander-in-Chief, our LORD Jesus Christ, saying, "I AM with you. These afflictions are My appointed gifts, that you may come forth as gold refined by fire". Yes, Mr. Chapman, someone is ALWAYS messing with me. Praise His Holy Name. “ Dead to the Law, free to love God! ” Oh, what a great message! My happiest hours with my LORD have been during times when I stopped trying to "act like a Christian"! The temptation is so great and the fall into that sin is so damaging! Thank you, LORD, for this message to my heart. FREE INDEED!
