“ Great Sermon! ” Another great sermon about Gods salvation in our lives everyday. We strive against God we want things in the flesh now not late, but God keeps bringing us back to himself. He's not going to let us go back to something other than himself. He's going to let a lot of other people go astray from him, but what is that to us.
“ Great Sermon! ” "Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God". I so desire that GOD grant unto me "first a willing mind" so that as our brother Clay has given to us much, in his preaching and exhortation, to hear, think, meditate upon, as it becometh saints, that thus same GOD would grant us the grace, the strength and the enablement to walk in the good works prepared for us by GOD, as HE teaches us the liberty we have in JESUS CHRIST to love HIS own as HE has love each of us.
“ Great Sermon! ” Without HIM I am vanity vin and worthless. In HIM all is well. "GOD, who hath also given unto us his HOLY SPIRIT and HIS Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of GOD and if children, then heirs; heirs of GOD, and joint-heirs with CHRIST".
“ Great Sermon! ” What A Savior what a message what wisdom to save us the way he does to the preaching of his gospel the first hour the middle hour and the ending hour. Bread from heaven is way better than the dead burnt bread of our doing of our works.
“ Great Sermon! ” God's works are known by the people he calls to come to him, no walls no walls no walls erected by man or beast will stop him from going where he wants to go. This is Our God, this is our God this is Our God. Amen he conquers any City and any people he wants to.
“ Great Sermon! ” Christ's redemptive work is finished to save our souls the first time, but every day we get in the trial be it other people or ourselves. Therefore; sit down until the Lord accomplices this as well, for you're good and Hiss glory. Be assured that he won't stop till he finishes it. You will be delivered In returning and rest, your strength will lie in quiet confidence. Just like Ruth and Naomi.A Must Hear. Faith coming by hearing and the hearing by the word of God, the word of my gospel.
“ Great Sermon! ” Very nice sermon. Must hear. For every sin experience we go through Christ is the answer whether we are The sinner or we are the one being sin against, amen.
“ Great Sermon! ” What a simple yet convincing message for the children of God, which is needful. We are not the frozen chosen walking in this world like robots. We have been regenerated, by the power of God, hence we walk consciously (in our minds and in this body of flesh) no more as children of darkness rather we endeavor to "abstain from all appearance of evil" not to merit or prove our acceptance before God our Father rather because of CHRIST, we are constrained by HIS love hence, we walk by faith with a conscience sprinkled by the BLOOD of CHRIST so that "whatsoever we do, we do all to the glory of God" freely not by constraint of Law. This does not repudiate or abuse "grace" nor it mean :progressive sanctification". JESUS has made us free and we have liberty to do "whatsoever" (context Philippians 4:8). This "whatsoever" is under the dominion of CHRIST so that, "whatsoeveris not of faith in sin".
“ Great Sermon! ” God teaches us to quit trying to do something to please him, or to fix it, but turn to him and trust him. That is the work of God to believe on him and to trust him.
“ Great Sermon! ” WOW! A very very challenging sermon; never a man sake like him and some might walk “with him no more”. The freedoms preached in this sermon are actually challenges; an impossibility for the natural man & a liberty that the carnal mind cannot receive. Only those who are in Christ can freely walk in the liberty (the fruit) brother Clay declares. Galatians 5:13a “For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh” and we can link the context of this verse to 1Jn 2:16. And, when we sin (and we shall) we have an Advocate Jesus Christ the Righteous. We have liberty to serve Christ Jesus because the love of Christ constrains us, and we are under Grace; the mouth of the Law and the court of Justice is shut, and can not bring a charge against our blood-sprinkled conscience ,and we now serve with freedom and liberty because HE has made us acceptable to HIS Father. We are priests & kings; heirs with Christ. God forgive me though I can write this comment yet I fall short of even doing a tithe of what I wrote. God give me the grace to serve HIM as preached here in this message.
“ Great Sermon! ” Even though I'm in this body of death and in this world surrounding me of death, sometimes sometimes sometimes feels like Christ is so close to me and heaven is so close to me. This sermon was the bomb!!!
“ Great Sermon! ” "But as many as received Him, to them gave he "power" to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name" J1:12. This message, by brother Clay, has blessed, encouraged and strengthened me in the inner man, as I walk by faith of the Son of God with this hope .... He, Christ, is in me.
“ Great Sermon! ” Again what wisdom how God conquers our sin and sin nature in the work of Christ our near Kinsman redeemer. Not only on the cross but daily through the gospel.
