Introduction Devoted to the equipping of the Saints for the work of ministry, to the building up of the Body of Christ. Ephesians 4:12 In Revelation 19:7, John refers to the church as the "Bride" of Christ. Christ is the loving Bridegroom who gave His life for His Bride, and the church is His devoted Bride who passionately loves her Bridegroom and awaits His return. Our desire is to equip the saints and build up the body of Christ the following ways: (Picking up on the image of "bride", i.e. "wife") W. Worship - Christ centered / Focused on God's glory I. Instruction - Expository preaching and teaching F. Fellowship - Loving God and loving each other E. Evangelism - Reaching unbelievers with the gospel By God's grace, the glory of Christ, and the presence and power of the Holy Spirit, we strive to be a church pleasing and honoring to God.
