We have covered six pieces of armour that we must have as Christian soldier. Paul now drops the metaphor, but shows us something that is vitally needed to make the armour function--prayer. We must be a praying people.(You may wonder why I, being an American, spell armour as the British do. Our spelling is armor. I just want to keep with the spirit of the KJV in this when preaching and writing bible messages.) It's just me.
