Many Ephesians heard the Gospel and not only Ephesians but the whole of Asia minor was affected by the witness of Paul and his missionary companions.
Paul was the voice of God to a Pagan World.
Acts 19:10 ...all they which dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks.
God changed Ephesus through a Preacher of the Gospel. God changed Ephesus through a Purified Church. Thirdly God changed Ephesus through the Prevailing Word.
Acts 19:20 So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.
