This message is an overview of the first seven chapters of the book of Revelation. The whole book is a vision to John that reveals Jesus Christ. Chapter one shows all readers that He is the King of Kings and the God of Glory. Chapters two and three are specific messages by Christ to seven literal churches on earth in the first century - these were written as warnings to prepare them for His return as the true King. Chapters four and five reveal how all of heaven responds to Jesus Christ - they worship Him as both Creator and Redeemer, the only one who is worthy of worship. Chapter six explains how God will allow a false king, the antichrist, to rule for a season. Satan will pour out his wrath on those who resist - some believers will die, but all unbelievers will panic when the true king, Jesus Christ, begins to return in the air. Finally, chapter seven explains how God will protect 144,000 Jewish males, who are the first fruits of the remnant that will believe, and will remove the church of Jesus Christ before He actually starts to pour out His wrath in chapter eight.
