All over our country, people have been stirred to anger. Rioting, looting, name-calling and assault highlight the sin nature's inability to restrain even righteous indignation over racism. The church is called to exude a very different kind of provocation. "...let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works... " Hebrews 10:24 (NKJV) We gather on Sundays, in part, to be stirred up (provoked) in love and good works, expressed tangibly toward one another and our community. I hope you'll join us this Sunday as we consider, "Essential Church: Provoked to Love."
