Adam and Eve broke the covenant of their God when they partook of the forbidden fruit and therefore had a certain fearful expectation that the promised curses would come, and indeed they did. Yet before the Just and Holy God cursed them He first set before them a promise, the promise that He would one day send a Deliverer who would mortally wound the head of Satan even as His own foot was wounded. Before God exercised judgment on fallen man He extended grace, the grace of the coming Messiah: the Lord Jesus Christ! This message explores the hope of the gospel given to Adam and Eve, concluding that the prophecy of Gen. 3:15 is the promise that the remaining Divine covenants are built upon, for they are the plural covenants of the singular promise (Eph. 2:12)!
