. We need to look to God to discover what He would want us to do in our lives. Often, our dreams for our life are filled with our own comfort and pleasure. We often do not dream the way God would have us to dream. Therefore, I want us to look at a young man who dreamed in the Bible. He had a dream, but he never would have guessed the things he would go through in order to have the dream fulfilled. Our dreams are rarely filled with rejection, pain, sorrow, betrayal, feeling forgotten, lies which lead to prison, coming face to face with those who desired to kill you, and a life of service. If you haven’t guessed already, we are going to be thinking through the life of Joseph this morning. My thought is When Dreams Come True. I would like for us to consider 1) When Dreams Turn to Disappointments 2) When Others Dreams Take Center Stage 3) When Dreams Come True.
