Dr. John Whitcomb, president of Whitcomb Ministries, Inc., continues his expositional survey of the book of Exodus -- and specifically, the Law of Moses -- in this lesson, which comes from a new series that he taught in the fall of 2006. He shows how, "Moses, totally unworthy though he was," was granted tremendous privileges for intimacy with and service to the true God of Israel. In this teaching session, Dr. Whitcomb also explores the ratification of the Old, Mosaic Covenant of the Law, and shows further how this giving of the Law impacts Christians in the church age today. The message also centers on Israel's failure in worshipping the golden calf while Moses was receiving that Law, and takes us all the way through the passage where Moses desired to see the glory of God. May He be glorified further by our study of these truths.
