In this message, we consider a large portion of chapter 15 from verses 12-34. The reason is to maintain this continuity in the passage with its focus on the bodily resurrection of Christ and of believers. The doctrine of the resurrection is an essential Bible teaching, which cannot be denied by a true Christian. We consider 1) What if there was No resurrection? 2) The fact of the matter; and 3) The resurrection hope and its implications. As always I claim no originality but will quote, cite, refer, etc to various sources including: Gardner, Garland, Kistemaker, Hodge, Riddlebarger, Wilson, Thiselton, and others.
