Unlimited Opportunities for The LORD 1 Peter 2:13-25 The focus in this SCRIPTURE is on how these changes take place in each Christians life. Starting on the inside of us and affecting how we live on the outside. Our responsibilities, our relationships, and our reactions are all going to be different because what fuels us from the inside out is the Spirit of God who is now in control. Yielding to the Spirit rather than our flesh will give us unlimited opportunities to spread our faith as God commands.Scripture covers three very important areas of our lives as Christians.1. those over us 2.those around us 3.those against us. Our testimonies are at stake in each of these vital relationships. Peter himself struggled in these areas early on in his life and now gives good advice from what he has learned. Americans are dealing with a Godless Government, Bad Bosses, and Mean Mates. In Peter's time it was open season on Christians. Peter is writing to tell how to muzzle them. He gives us a very powerful weapon. And do you know what that weapon is? Submission. You're going to find out it is the mightiest force that God could give to those of us who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. As Born-again believers we all have a Mission and purpose from our commander in Chief. Our objectives began each day and we wake-up and step out into a Non-Christian World. The Holy Spirit will give insight into how we are to respond to government and those over us in authority, especially when they oppose our beliefs. The Holy Spirit will teach each of us Christians to treat all human life with respect and care. The residence that resides in every born-again believer will encourage all Christians.
