“ Taking A Closer Look At Yourself ” I am preoccupied with physical death right now, due to my own health and was listening to sermons regarding this subject from the pastors that I trust and like. One of them being Todd Nibert.
I ran across this sermon of his thinking he might speak on what happens to the elect at the point of physical death. What God intended for me to hear through his mouthpiece Pastor Nibert, was not about physical death, but the condition of one's soul and how they conduct themselves while being on this earth.
As it turns out, God knows me better than I know myself. He knew what I needed to hear and it did make its desired impact on me. I actually feel better after having listened to this sermon. Refreshed would be a good word to use to describe the feeling.
What Pastor Nibert spoke on was about how we live our lives and what we die to. How we should live our lives and what we should die to. And he explained things beautifully. If you need to get back to basics where your salvation is concerned. If you have gotten bogged down in the world and need to be pulled from the mire, this sermon is exactly the lifeline you need.
