The Blessing and Suffering of the Godly
Psalm 41 is the last Psalm in a series (starting in 38) in which David is talking about a specific event in his life, a life-threatening illness that resulted from his own sin. (It is also the end of book 1 of the Psalms. The book of Psalms is so large that it is divided into 3 parts and this is the end of part 1).
