Who is Jesus Christ? Since the time that Jesus walked upon this earth, mankind has been divided over the identity of Jesus Christ. There is a four-fold answer to the question Jesus asked his disciples, 'Who do men say that I am?'. Some then and now hold that Jesus was a man who was a good, moral teacher. He taught us to love one another and to love God. Others then and now hold that Jesus was just the opposite-- an evil, false teacher or prophet who deceived many. This was the view of the Jewish leaders in Jesus' day and ours. Jesus was a false Messiah who taught contrary to their interpretation of the Law and who failed to fulfill the Messianic prophecies of an exalted king. Still others in Jesus' time and ours believe that Jesus was a true prophet with a message from God. This is the view of Islam today. And then others, including Jesus' disciples and many today have concluded that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the promised Messiah. But the question we want answered is simply this: Jesus, who do YOU say you are? We want to hear Jesus in his own words describe who He is and what He has to offer us today.
