Joel 2:28-32 Bible Study_03 The act of God's restoration comes as a promise to those who turn back to him.Our restoration should push us into deeper relationship with God.There are many times in life where we look back on decisions we've made and wonder how life might be different if we hadn't wasted time due to bad choices. We wish we could find a magic button to give us back the time and resources we lost. God's mercy is so strong that, even after all the chaos, he promises to pour out his Spirit on all flesh , and they will encounter spiritual blessings like dreams and prophecy. God's blessing to a repentant and loyal community is that their children—and the servants of the land and those advanced in age—will experience the Spirit of God.4) Now, as he continues to look into the distant future, he shares God's deep concern for believers who will be living in the last days of human history. That is, true believers will be equipped to endure the terrifying days of the end times through the presence and power of God's Spirit in their lives.Salvation is conditional: a person must call on the Name of the Lord. To call on Him means to trust Him, acknowledging the LORD to be the only living and true God who can save a person. To call on the LORD also means that a person acknowledges the LORD as the Master of his life. It means that the person is surrendering his life to be the servant of God.
