God is a covenant-keeping God. Our hope does not depend on what man does, but on the promises of God. An understanding of the covenant of God, the unfolding Covenant of Grace, and its progression from the fall, is central to our understanding of this truth.
While God provided for particular outworkings through time, and allows for progressive revelation of its details, the Triune God of Scripture and the Lord Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. This sermon seeks to explain the blessing and continuity of God's Covenant of Grace, and also seeks to show how both grace and obligation have always been present in God's covenant and continues to this day.
