The exposition of 32v8b – 9 was a exhortations based upon the two ideas; God's Commitment – 8 and God's Command – v9. The Lord in His commitment, made pledges: to "Instruct", Teach and Guide". A single interest was expressed with an in depth study on the "eye" – of the LORD. Which proved to be: a) His Omniscient eye b) His Omnipresent eye and c) His All-Merciful and Gracious Eye. As students, followers and disciples of the LORD, in His commitment, He also Command for understanding and obedience – v9. As we are His creation with intelligence; we have no excuse to fail to "hear and Obey'. And the LORD has all the right to demand for our complete submission.
