ENOCH: Grace To Walk Gen. 5:18-24/ Heb. 11:5 [When you leave what You have & Take what you are] Instead of dying like all the other names that surround his in Genesis 5, God caught up Enoch and took him to heaven without dying. Only two people in the Bible did not see death, Enoch and Elijah. There will be a great multitude in the future that will not see death. If you are saved, you could be one of that multitude.I believe it was G. Campbell Morgan who said that one day Enoch and the Lord took a walk together. At the end of the day the Lord said, "Enoch, you are closer to My house than yours. Why don't you come home with me?" There was a moment when Enoch was present on the earth and in the next he "was not."There is coming a day when there will be a multitude who are saved who will be translated as was Enoch. We may be among that crowd. Until then, let us walk with God as did Enoch.
