Sin-missing the mark, coming short of the goal - God's standard Trespasses & sins do not refer to acts-it refers to the sphere of existence we are in apart from God. Not an excuse for why you sin-making you innocent-it shows the great need of a Savior to rescue us. Every person apart from God are sinful-but-it does not mean every person is equally corrupt or wicked. Salvation is from sin..by love..into life..with purpose..through faith..into good works.
