We continue our 'Wisdom From Above' series this week but will turn to 1 Corinthians1:18-31 where Paul tells us that Christ himself is both the power of God and the wisdom of God. Jesus fulfils all that James teaches regarding the 'wisdom from above.' There is no greater wisdom or power than what took place in the cross of Christ. It is there on Calvary, where the greatest act of love took place, that an eternal harvest of righteousness is sown in peace. This sounds weak and foolish to those without faith, but "to those who are being saved it is the power of God."
