Psalm. 93 does not only make an unequivocal declaration of the being of God as "the LORD who reigns (v1 – 2) and that the LORD is Sovereign over His enemies (v3 – 4) rather; the Psalm also admittedly demonstrates that the LORD is transcendent yet immanent to His people through the Word. Consequently, as God's people live in exercise of their faith to God, amidst so many foes with conflicting, threatening and confusing voices arising with intensity like pounding waves as those from theenemies in verses 3 – 4, God's people must adhere to the "trustworthy"; authentic – Inerrant and infallibleWord of God. Spurgeon asserted: "As in providence, the throne of God is fixed beyond all risk, so in revelation of his truth is beyond all question. Other teachings are uncertain, but the revelations of heaven are infallible." Therefore, only in this, are the people of God/the Church be comforted in the LORD's revealed and sufficient truth.
