“ Great lesson. ” Clear explanation of New Testament teaching of this subject. It was speaking in foreign language, a sign miracle given for a time as attestation of new era of revelation. The modern tongues is not the NT gift.

“ A Clear Teaching! ” I just want to than Dr Cairns for a straight foward explanation of tongues in this modern day and age. Our last pastor said he was a former pentecostal preacher, and waffled on tongues so much, he had no real clear position on it, and it was very confusing. Listening to Alan Cairns, I now understand what is going on, and that tongues today are not the same as they were in the first century. I so appreciate the audios I have heard from this man, with his strong, clear teaching, and for helping me understand counterfeit tongues in a way that I can now explain it to others.
