The things that will be preached in this message will be truth from God’s word. Paul was concerned that the people in Thessalonica understand these end time events even though he had told them before (v. 5) about some of these same things. I too, feel a great need for people being prepared by knowing ahead of time of the deceptions that they will be facing and how they can be overcomers in Christ. There is a need to learn how to “put on the whole armor of God in order to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.” May God truly bless those who desire to be teachable about this most important subject.
