CONCLUSION: If Jesus were to come down from heaven right now and talk to you, what do you think He would find important to discuss with you? What lessons do you most need to learn from Him? His interactions following His death and resurrection offer great insights into who God is and what He is like. Peter thought too highly of himself and had to go through the fire to insure that he was prepared for what was coming. Most people never allow God to have His will and way with them which stunts their spiritual maturity and growth. Instead of people saying, “Not so Lord” we need people to say “What will thou have me to do?”
