Holding grudges is not only not healthy spiritually, it's not healthy mentally or physically either. When there's a difference you have with another or if someone has offended you, do you hold onto it; do you hold a drudge against him? Interestingly, if you don't let go of a grudge, it won't be long and the grudge will hold on to you. 'It will eat you up', said Pastor Simpson, 'you hurt yourself and those around you.' Pastor Simpson used verses 9-13 of Proverbs 17 to teach us how to fight against holding grudges.. A message we all need to hear!!
