Are you ready!? Peter urges us in his first letter to always be ready to give reason for the hope that is in us. Many of us, I'm sure, are a little daunted at that prospect. Some of us are not sure what to say. Others are afraid of how we might be received, and what others might think of us. Other still, might feel our hope is waning and we need to be reminded of the reason for it. And yet, we are told to be prepared. Are we? As we consider Acts 25 & 26 this week, where Paul defends the reason for his hope in Christ, I pray we might be reminded of the reason for our hope, and that we can be encouraged and equipped to respond to any who ask us to give reason for the hope that is in us.
