Should Christians Vote? How can we vote for a Mormon? How do we choose the right candidate, when neither of them are Christians. Unfortunately this recording is missing much of the introduction of this sermon. It began with a concern that many Christians are promising not to vote. That many say, "We shouldn't vote for the lesser of two evils," “they both are leading us down the same wrong path – one just faster than the other,” “we can’t vote for a Mormon,” “it would be sin for me to vote for either one,” or “God is sovereign so I don’t need to vote,” etc. etc. Then he asserted the problem with America is not simply the sinful practices listed in Romans 1, but the cause of those practices, that man has rejected God, Rom. 1:28 “Just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer.” About here the recording picks up. |
