The Lord Remembers - Message 16 - Holiness to the Lord. Concluding his book of prophecy, Zechariah expands on chapter 13:8-9 in chapter 14:1-5. After telling us about the great and terrible battle as the nations gather against Jerusalem and Christ fights on her behalf as He returns to the Mount of Olives (from where He had ascended), we then learn about the blessings of the Great Golden Age which will follow Armageddon in verses 6-11. Verses 12-15 follow verse 3 chronologically and show us how Christ will defeat the nations, subduing them under His Lordship. Zechariah finishes with verses 16-21 demonstrating life in the Kingdom as typified by the fact that everything we do is as unto the Lord. Concluding remarks bring this series through Zechariah to a close.
