In the hour of Jesus toward which His entire life was directed. John records that Jesus deliberately walked into the trap to arrested by the Jewish authorities because of the betrayal of Judas. This message contrasts two disciples present at that occasion—Judas and Peter. Judas' betrayal and Peter's denial were both predicted by Jesus. The consequence of their actions was very different. Judas hanged himself and entered eternal destruction of hell. Peter repented and was sought out and restored to God's will. The fairness of this is discussed in the message.
