Jesus Chose His 12 disciples and our story begins as lives can change if they are willing to hang out with Jesus long enough.Jesus called John the Baptist the greatest man who ever lived.Because his father was a priest, he should have followed in his father's footsteps and become a priest.He probably took a Nazarite vow his whole life.He grew his hair long.He did not partake or touch any fruits of the vine like grapes.He did not touch a dead body or anything else that would defile him.He was separated for God's purpose.John compared the old covenant with the new covenant of God's grace through Jesus.We have a message, and the message is Jesus.
