In this Lord's Table message, we survey the original Passover when the Lord delivered Israel from Egypt. We learn of the traditional observance of the Passover as Jesus observed it on the night before His crucifixion. The traditional fourth cup of wine was not drunk that night, but Jesus anticipates drinking it with us in glory. In a sense, that last Passover meal was not concluded, but is continued in the ordinance of the Lord's Supper as we eat & drink in the Lord's presence while waiting for His return and the marriage feast of the Lamb.
