HAPPY BIRTHDAY USA! All members of the GCC teams have safely returned home and are celebrating our nation's birthday today. As travelers to other lands, we are mindful of the tremendous freedoms that we enjoy as Americans. These freedoms should not be taken for granted! We have all had the privilege of serving our Lord by going on this 6-week, around the world short term missions trip. We have gone to teach others about evangelism and discipleship, but in return we all learned valuable lessons from our hosts in the Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar and Romania. It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for those who traveled, and we have been richly blessed by it. We greatly appreciate all of the prayer and financial support of everyone. Thanks to all who have checked out our website. We hope you felt you were a participant in our trip, and that it was a blessing for you as well! Without your prayers, we could not have accomplished what we did. Last of all, PRAISE THE LORD for his mercy and grace!
