II fear that you and I miss many good opportunities to witness to lost people who know not Christ as their Savior. But recently while having a cup of coffee in a shop, a lady appeared and sat down to enjoy her coffee. Conversation took place and I asked her where she would be in eternity. Friendly, but a little shocked, she quickly replied, “I do not know, but I wish I could know for sure.” There was my God given opportunity to give her God’s simple plan of salvation. By the grace of God, I was unashamed to give her God’s word and she was receptive.

In a very few minutes, the coffee shop was empty. People left to be polite and let us have privacy to pray. No one was left in the coffee shop but the Lord, the lady and I. She knelt with me there and asked God to forgive her sins and come into her heart and save her soul. I don’t need to tell you, Heaven came down and glory filled her soul. I still rejoice over her life changing decision. She now knows the joy of having eternal salvation which makes her a new creature in Christ forever! 2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
