Hundreds of healthcare workers oppose 'at-home' abortions in Northern Ireland
Nearly 300 healthcare workers have signed an open letter to Northern Ireland's health minister expressing their opposition to 'at-home' abortions.
The open letter to Robin Swann MLA follows a campaign by abortion advocates calling for the introduction of telemedicine abortion services.
In England, Scotland and Wales, abortion regulations were relaxed after the first national lockdown earlier this year to allow women to receive both abortion pills in the post following a phone consultation with a doctor....
Abortion is a vile, evil sin. The sinfulness of Sin.
"SIN’S CONTRARIETY TO MAN This is the thing which our text (Romans 7.13) especially means and intends, and it must therefore be more copiously spoken of. Sin is contrary to the good of man, and nothing is properly and absolutely so but sin. This results and is evident from sin’s contrariety to God: just as there is nothing contrary to God but sin (for devils are not so but by sin), so sin in being contrary to God, is and cannot but be contrary to man. Inevitably, that must be evil to man, which is evil against God, who is the chiefest good of man. Communion with, and conformity to God is man’s felicity, his heaven upon earth and in heaven too, without which it would not be worth his while to have a being. Now since sin is a separation between God and man, an interruption of this communion and conformity, it must needs be prejudicial and hurtful to him" (R.Venning)(The Sinfulness of Sin).
What I would like to better understand is how murdering the unborn child in the womb empowers that should-be mother. How is ridding the womb of the unintended product of mostly out-of-wedlock sexual activity empowering? It doesn't make any sense. But being the father of a developmentally disabled child, I'm not sure any explanation anyone could offer woukd make any sense.
The article used the now commonly accepted phrase; empowering women. I’m sure we all realize this simply means empowering women to murder their unborn children. Like Eve, women want something that was not intended for them.
The power that God gave women is largely gone and satan’s empowerment of women is world-wide.
