The Chinese Communist Party is taking drastic action against church venues in order to prevent Christians from meeting and holding services.
According to Bitter Winter, a magazine on religious freedom and human rights in China, local governments have called for the demolishing or the repurposing of churches into entertainment venues, factories, as well as propaganda centers for the CCP.
Over 70 Protestant venues were shut down in 2019 in Jiangsu Province’s prefecture-level cities of Lianyungang and Suqian.
In August, at a meeting of Three-Self Church directors in Bailu, a town in Lianyungang’s Guannan county, town officials stated that churches that were left empty by members congregating in other venues must be rented or sold....

Even Wales has gone, Adriel. There was once a great revival here, the effects of which were reported in the newspapers every day of the week. Now all that is left is religion. Hymns are still very popular, even at Rugby matches, but it is all a sham.

I remember in the early 80's when a large group of young Chinese brothers and sisters came to live and work in Rugby, England, and they had accommodation just over the road from the church I attended at that time. As they joined with us for worship and fellowship, I got to know them a little, and noticed their very evident spirituality, despite living in a very contrary country.
Satan's communist followers are panicking about the growing Chinese church. These attacks on the churches are significant of the demonic, profane and hostile fear borne belligerence in China's reprobate community.
GOD states:- Psalm 58:2 Yea, in heart ye work wickedness; ye weigh the violence of your hands in the earth. 3 The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies. 4 Their poison is like the poison of a serpent: they are like the deaf adder that stoppeth her ear; 5 Which will not hearken to the voice of charmers, charming never so wisely. 6 Break their teeth, O God, in their mouth: break out the great teeth of the young lions, O LORD. 7 Let them melt away as waters which run continually: when he bendeth his bow to shoot his arrows, let them be as cut in pieces."
